Q: What can I expect to learn?
A: You should expect to learn E.A.S.T. Effective Accelerated Self-Defense Training, a system
created by SF. Banks using over 25 years of self-defense and martial arts training. These techniques
include the use of gross motor movements which are simply movements that are easy to remember
because you use them just about each day.

Q: How long are the classes?
A: Women attending a self-defense class should plan for between 1-3hrs of training depending on the requested class option(s).

Q: What types of classes are available?
A: There are 27 different classes to choose from. Feel free to mix and match your class to create the
education your group is looking to receive. Many of the classes can be taught in series so that your
group can experience multiple training experiences.

Q: Where are classes held?
A: Classes can be held at your job, church, community center/gym, sub-division or home.

Q: What is a normal class size?
A: Depending on the organization or group, class sizes usually vary between 6-30 women.

Q: Is there a discount for groups?
A: Yes, groups of 10 or more women receive a discount. Call for more information.

Q: Will I learn how to use non-lethal safety devices?
A: Yes, each class will receive a FREE pepper spray training session.

Q: What do l need to wear?
A: Comfortable clothes that allow movement are ideal. Some classes may require that you bring
certain items like heels, cosmetics etc.

Q: What is the minimum age that may attend class?
A: 12 yrs. old.

Q: Is there Self-defense sessions available for teens?
A: Yes, special classes are available for teen groups between ages 12-17.

Q: How often are classes available?
A: Depends on booked sessions and whether those sessions are private or public. Series are
conducted on a monthly basis, see the calendar for dates and times.
